How is Ligamentolysis Surgery procedure carried out ?

The penis is located half outside the body and half inside the body. Inside, the penis is attached to the pubic bone by the suspensory ligament. To permanently achieve a longer penis through surgical male enhancement, a small horizontal incision is made above the penis in the pubic region. The suspensory ligament is cut, allowing the penis to gain an additional 1-2 inches outside the body. Some surgeons also insert a buffer implant which stops the ligament from re-attaching itself.

Fat in the pubic region can affect the how long the penis appears. It can also affect the amount of ‘usable’ penis.

Liposuction can be used during the procedure to remove excess fat in the pubic region to achieve an enhanced result.

It is important to know that immediate post-surgery increase is in no way an indication of the final outcome as the “surgical rule” often shows an initial gain of an inch or so in the length of a flaccid penis. In fact the actual gain can only be determined once total healing has taken place, which could take up to six months in some cases.

Success or failure will also be influenced by other factors such as the amount of scar tissue. In addition, the final outcome will also be heavily reliant on the commitment of the patient to following a penile traction routine and other post-operative instructions.

How is the fat transfer procedure carried out ?

The basic idea behind this procedure is that fat cells are inserted or grafted to the penis to make it slightly fatter.As the procedure uses the patients own fat the chances of reaction are minimal. A small incision in the pubic region is required to perform this procedure. There will be no incisions or scars on the penis. If penis lengthening is performed at the same time, the same incision will be used.

How is the penis injections procedure carried out ?

Penis girth can be obtained with the use of Hyaluronic acid-based penis injections which have been used by the medical profession for over 20 years. Hyaluronic acid is found naturally within the human body residing in the spaces between skin cells, contributing to plumpness and firmness of skin. The filler is administered using a blunt tip micro-cannula or micro fine needle. A numbing cream/local anesthetic is utilised to minimise any discomfort. The procedure is a walk in walk out taking approximately 30-45 minutes so offers very little downtime compared with other procedures.

How Much Filler is Required ?

Some Men always want more, but in this case you have to be patient – It is better to take less at first. Less filler is better than having too much filler and needing to dissolve some, which is a waste of time and money. Our Surgeons prefer patients to gradually increase penis size with multiple visits, rather than to have a large amount of filler in one session.
